Payment Policy

This Payment Policy applies to every user of the OnlyWin platform. By creating an account or using the platform, the user confirms acceptance of both the Terms&Conditions and this Policy. The terms used in this document must be understood in the same way as defined in the Terms&Conditions and may not be interpreted inconsistently.
1. Responsibility for Payments
All financial operations carried out on the platform are performed exclusively on behalf of the user. The user is solely responsible for any charges, commissions, taxes, fees, or other related costs arising from such transactions.
2. Payment Confirmation and Irreversibility
OnlyWin processes payments strictly in the amounts displayed on the platform. Any other amounts are not considered. Once a user confirms a transaction by pressing the payment confirmation button, the transaction is treated as completed and cannot be reversed or cancelled.
3. Fraud Prevention and Security Measures
If OnlyWin detects suspicious or unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, use of stolen or unauthorized payment instruments, or chargeback abuse, the platform may suspend or restrict the user’s account. Where required, OnlyWin may notify financial institutions, payment providers, or competent authorities. The platform does not accept liability for unauthorized use of a user’s payment method, and reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses through collection procedures where applicable.
4. User Identification Requirements
OnlyWin may request identity verification before or after processing a payment. This may include, for example, a government-issued ID, proof of address, a photograph of the user with the payment instrument, verification via video call and/or photo, or other documentation considered necessary. Until verification is completed, the platform may temporarily restrict access to the account. Refusal to provide requested verification information may result in account closure.
5. Prices and Additional Costs
Prices and service costs displayed on the platform are final and relate only to the payment processing function carried out by OnlyWin. Any additional charges arising from banking institutions, payment providers, or currency conversion are the responsibility of the user. If the user has questions regarding services or transactions, they should contact support before continuing with further payments.
6. Bank and Payment Provider Issues
OnlyWin is not responsible for delays, declined transactions, technical errors, or other issues caused by banks or external payment systems. The characteristics or value of services purchased via a payment transaction fall outside the operational scope of OnlyWin. Please note that users located in Australia may only use debit cards; credit card payments from Australian users are not permitted.
7. Payments from Third Parties
Payments made by third parties, including relatives, representatives, or persons other than the verified account holder, are not accepted. Only the verified owner of the account is permitted to fund and operate that account. Breaches of this rule may result in account restriction and/or confiscation of available balances.
8. Legality of Use
By using the platform, the user confirms that their activities comply with the laws of the country from which they access the services. OnlyWin bears no liability for any unlawful or unauthorized actions taken by the user.
9. Jurisdictional Restrictions
Users must not conduct transactions if the use of such services, including gambling-related activities, is prohibited in their location. The user is responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and may contact support in case of uncertainty or technical issues.
10. Acknowledgement
By registering an account, the user confirms that they are the lawful holder of the payment method used and that all payments are made knowingly and voluntarily, in accordance with this Payment Policy and the Terms&Conditions.
